Castrol Iloform TDN 51 LC
Description
Castrol lloform™ TDN 51 LC is a high viscosity, heavy duty forming fluid, containing a blend of high performance
extreme pressure and lubricity additives, including long chain chlorinated paraffins.
Application
Iloform TDN 51 LC is specially formulated for use in heavy duty deep drawing applications where extreme performance
is required. It is suitable for use on medium to heavy gauge steels, stainless steel, and nickel alloy steels.
Iloform TDN 51 LC is also recommended for use in stainless steel and alloy steel tube cold pilgering operations. The
product is applied for internal and external lubrication.
Advantages
High performance, extreme pressure additive package provides very high resistance to temperature and
pressure as well as high resistance to wear which helps to enhance tool and die life, to cut downtime and to
reduce tooling costs
Superior adhesion and wetting performance provides a homogenous and tenacious lubricating film which
