Description

Castrol Iloform™ PL 62 ZM is a low viscosity, thixotropic neat forming oil containing a blend of high performance lubricity

additives and an advanced corrosion inhibitor package. It further contains a fluorescent additive which allows the detection

of the oil coating under UV light. Iloform PL 62 ZM is free of chlorine and barium.

Application

Iloform PL 62 ZM is a metalworking fluid designed for processing metal sheet, particularly used as a steel mill applied

Prelube for production of automotive outer skin panels and components.

Iloform PL 62 ZM has been specifically developed to cope with the latest requirements for the variety of steel coatings used

within a modern automotive pressing operation.

Iloform PL 62 ZM meets the general requirements associated with the standard VDA 230-201 “Prelube” and is fully

compatible for use with our Castrol coil and blank washing fluids Iloform PL 8 ZM and Iloform PL 17 ZM.

Iloform PL 62 ZM is designed to be used as received.
